RVM, the founder of this temple, is a philosopher, author, singer and a philanthropist. His spiritual endeavors lead him to build this powerful temple. Through the temple, he intends to spread the power of faith, hope and enthusiasm and make people believers. He strongly believes in miracles and in the power of God.

The construction of the powerful 65-feet-tall Shiva statue itself is a miracle. It would not have been possible if God didn't wish for it. God inspired him to build this temple and also inspires him to write and sing the bhajans. RVM has not received any formal training in music but he still is able to compose and sing them in praise of the Lord. He says, "When I sit to write, I don't even know what I am going to write. All I do is sit and open myself up to the power, thus allowing the power to beam its signals to me, and as I do that the words flow through me as if it were a miracle. This imagination and creativity is not mine but a gift from God. I am only a receiver of the power."
